Note: We are a seasonal shop. Returns should not be shipped during our off season, between April 1st and October 1st.
PRICING
We do our best to keep the website up to date. There will inevitably be some typos, price discrepancies and perhaps technical errors. Sierra Nordic is not responsible for these. We reserve the right to change our prices as required.
WARRANTY
Warranties are between the consumer and the manufacturer. We will do what we can to facilitate warranty claims. Most hard goods, skis, poles and boots come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties are for manufacturing defects and do not cover damage from falls, accidents, car doors, etc. Warranties do not cover labor for binding removal or shipping to the manufacturer. Warranties are based on date of purchase. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
TIP: Keep your old skis in good working condition to avoid being without skis while a warranty is being processed.
