RETURNS Because of the seasonal nature of the ski business, we cannot accept returns of non-defective items beyond 30 days of purchase. An item that is defective can be returned while under the manufacturer's warranty for replacement or repair, at the manufacturers discression.
All sale item purchases are final. We close for the season on April 19th.
* Pack return items with original packaging and reciept and ship by UPS, Fedex, or USPS insured mail. Insure returns for their full value. * Return to address below with your return address shown on the outside of the package.

WARRANTY
Most hardgoods, skis, poles and boots come with a ONE -YEAR MANUFACTURER's WARRANTY (ATOMIC'S IS TWO YEAR); warranties are for manufacturing defects and do not cover damage from falls, accidents, car doors, etc.; Warranties do not cover labor for binding removal etc or shipping to the manufacturer. Warranties are based on date of purchase. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
TIP: KEEP YOUR OLD SKIS IN RUNNING CONDITION TO AVOID BEING WITHOUT SKIS WHILE A WARRANTY IS BEING PROCESSED!
