Pure Fluorocarbon Wax

Star has a revolutionary new line of micronized powdered waxes that incorporate our new Fluoro Nano-Ceramic technology. The new additives provide exceptional glide and amazing resistance to abrasion and wear with a broad temperature range. The micronized powder easily melts into the base providing excellent penetration with minimal waste and without causing thermal stress to your skis. For professsional racing and best results cover these powder base paraffin waxes with one of our 100% Fluoro additives.

• HFW: 0°C to -3°C (32°F to 26.6°F ) • Relative Humidity: 60/95%
  Paraffin base for conditions with very wet falling snow or mixed with rain, and for dirty snow or spring conditions.
• HFM: -3°C to -8°C (26.6°F to 17.6°F ) • Relative Humidity: 60/95%
  Paraffin base with very wide temperature range to use on both new and transformed snow. Due to the wide range of application, this is the most used wax during the winter season. Excellent when covered with top layer FM.
• HFC: 8°C to -15°C (18°F to 5°F ) • Relative Humidity: 60/95%
  Paraffin base with a high content of fluoro for cold and humid snow conditions, especially abrasive artificial snow. For these conditions or for long distances we recommend to cover with a top layer of FC 100% fluoro.

Swix Cera F Liquid is designed for use as the final layer when waxing for top-level competitions. Based on Cera F technology, Swix Cera F Liquid offers the same high performance quality as the Cera F Powder Waxes. It is based on pure Cera F, Fluor Carbons. Its liquid state guarantees a perfect distribution on the ski.

• FC8L: +4ºC to -4ºC (40ºF to 25ºF)
• FC10L: +2ºC to +20ºC (36ºF to 68ºF)
• 29 ml/1 fl. oz.

A solid 20g block of 100% fluorocarbon wax.

Use alone or as the final “accelerator” layer.
 

• FC7WS: For cold temperatures from 0°C to -20°C (32°F to -4°F)
  For transformed/man-made snow.
• FC8XWS: For fine grained snow from +4°C to -4°C (39°F to 25°F).
  For clean white snow covering most normal winter conditions.
• FC10XWS: 0°C to +20°C (32°F to 68°F)
  Good during thawing conditions, late season when there is strong sun effect.
